Our pre-placement and work readiness aims to empower individuals with disabilities by equipping them with the necessary skills and confidence to succeed in their chosen career paths. We believe that everyone deserves a fair chance at employment, and our comprehensive training program is tailored to address the unique needs and abilities of each participant.

Pre-Placement Training – Adult Services
Our highly qualified and experienced trainers work closely with individuals to provide personalized guidance and support throughout the training process. We offer a range of training modules that cover essential job skills, including communication, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and technical proficiency. These modules are designed to enhance the employability of individuals with disabilities, allowing them to effectively contribute to the workforce. Twenty (20) hours of a formal, interactive, and structured face-to-face/virtual training for adults, that consists of both lecture and hands-on activities.

Work Readiness Training -Student & Youth
Workplace readiness traits describe a number of commonly expected skills that employers seek from most employees. Work readiness skills are a set of skills and behaviors that are necessary for most jobs. Work readiness skills are sometimes called soft skills, employability skills, or job readiness skills.

These services could teach skills such as:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial literacy, benefits planning
  • Job-seeking skills
  • Understanding employer expectations for punctuality, performance,
    and other “soft” skills necessary for employment
  • Navigating transportation options
  • Interview Skills
  • Submitting Applications
  • Resume building
  • Building relationships at the workplace

Our pre-placement and work readiness program services are designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, enabling individuals to realize their full potential in the professional world.

We are dedicated to supporting individuals with limitations or disabilities in their journey towards meaningful and fulfilling careers. 

Workplace readiness training services may be offered on an individual basis or in a generalized manner in a classroom structure face-to-face/virtual training such group settings to provide programming to assist students with disabilities to develop social skills and independent living skills necessary to prepare for eventual employment.
